Sanye Invest (Group) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989 with Beiing Sanye Investment ManagementCo., Ltd. as the main initiator. It controls Beijing SanyeTongda Technology Co., Ltd., Soaring Corporation Limited, Beijing Hongrun International Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Nongrun InternationalReal Estate Consulting Co., Ltd. The business of the Group mainly includes investment management,real estate development and property management and it also engages in import and export trade, tech-nology development and transfer, development and production of composite materials, developmentand construction of environment-friendly clean energy, etc. It is an investment group with great strength.
